if iron man was one of the best comic adaptations ever, this looks to be as good or better. jackson, rourke, paltrow, downey jr., cheadle, rockwell, johansson... certainly an amazing cast.

Doc ~  Have you heard how they plan to tie in all these comic book movies?  I've heard weird rumors about them linking the x-men vs. the avengers, and bringing spider man into the mix, etc.....just wondering if there is a legit plan with all these movies.

The only legit plan I have heard of is an Avengers movie with as much of the original star power as possible (i.e. Norton as Banner, RDJr. as Stark, etc.) Could be pretty awesome, and unprecedented enough as it is w/o getting into team vs. movies, heh.
I don't see an X-men vs. avengers movie happening since X-men is currently deader than dillinger. Spider man is also going through a reboot phase, so while he could cameo or something, also currently unlikely. Who knows where things will be by the time Avengers actually enters production though...
